Your initiation into the Reiki path begins here. The Foundational Bundle combines Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 into a beautifully supported journey designed to open your intuitive gifts, awaken your natural healing abilities, and prepare you for deeper energetic mastery.
This bundle guides you through both the physical and emotional foundations of Reiki healing while expanding your capacity to work with energy for yourself and others.
Students will learn how to channel universal life force energy, understand the chakra system, support the body’s natural healing processes, and begin offering meaningful sessions. In Reiki Level 1, you'll learn—
the history of Reiki, an overview of all of the Reiki levels & the guiding principles of Reiki
an extensive chakra system overview and proven practices to clear your energetic field
a guide to craft your personal invocation and prayer to connect daily with the collective energy field
the hand placements for your self-Reiki practice
the Level 1 protocol to begin practicing Reiki with your friends and family
ongoing ways to maintain your balance and regulation in your nervous system to allow you to expand
access to resources overviewing the scientific validity of energy healing techniques
In Reiki Level 2, you’ll learn—
the sacred Reiki symbols that amplify healing energy and allow you to send Reiki across time and space
guidance on holding space for others with confidence & integrity
how to connect more clearly to your guides, and channel energy through the lens of compassion and higher purpose
to strengthen your intuition, inner vision, and energetic sensitivity
the hand placements to be able to give a full Reiki treatment to others [including grounding positions for nervous system regulation], plus a chakra overview when working with others with pendulum work
how to work with the emotional and mental layers of healing, + how to clear and protect your energy as a practitioner
how to create sacred containers for deeper transformation—whether you’re working one-on-one, in groups, or through virtual sessions
the ethics & overview of working with clients & introduction of animal Reiki
