Why we chose Lumeria Retreat Center in Upcountry Maui
I first came to Lumeria Maui in September 2014—as an attendee at one of Cyndie's Feminine Mastery retreats.
On this land, I deepened my relationship with my Feminine Mastery archetype for the first time—the Dragonfly. The spiritual warrior, light worker and wise woman.
Something opened that week that fully shifted the trajectory of my journey.
What followed was a decade of return.
Cyndie and I co-facilitated retreats at Lumeria in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. Cyndie supported me through my Reiki Master certification journey, my Healing Touch training, and the moment that I walked away from a skyrocketing corporate career to pursue my soul mission.
Cyndie held my hand at every threshold, and Lumeria met different versions of me year after year.
Lumeria was not a venue we kept choosing.
It was the backbone of my evolution.
The place where each version of me was built and released and built again.
When I conceived Rooted, there was only one place it could live.

Danielle is the creator of the Modern Reiki method the founder of Casa Luna Collective &
She is a 5/2 Generator, Cancer sun, Cancer moon, and a Leo Rising aka she cares—a lot.
She first started her devotional journey into the world of energetics over a decade ago by exploring her own healing and transformation from being steeped in the corporate world and dealing with repressed childhood trauma.
She spent the better part of a decade in the trenches of helping build a highly successful educational seminar company with an amazing team, orchestrating large events all over the country, facilitating transformational retreats for women in business, and most recently, curating potent wellness experiences for thousands at a SoCal music festival.
Curating and holding massive space is something that runs through her veins.
She simultaneously went on a journey of becoming certified as a Reiki Master, Healing Touch practitioner, various leadership programs and as a yoga teacher.
Her dream is to encourage energy practices to be a first choice (& not a last ditch effort) and that starts with you. It begins with providing you with deeply nourishing experiences, potent and powerful trainings so that you feel fortified to serve your community and your family on a deeper level and loving community containers to lean into to be fully seen.
