Master Certification Pathway [Reiki Levels 1, 2 & 3]
The focus during Level 1 is on opening the energy channels on a physical level, allowing the practitioner to connect to the universal life force energy, which flows from the collective energy field through the crown of the head and down to the heart and hands for their own self-healing.
This is a journey. It's a daily devotion that creates full embodiment of each concept. Reiki is not a quick fix—it's a way of being.
Level 1 provides you with a foundational understanding of the chakra system, educates you on the energetic connection between mind, body and spirit and a powerful and potent hands-on technique and meditation practice to promote healing, elevated health and overall enhanced well-being in yourself and others.
You learn how to connect to your own inner compass for massive clarity and the ability to be comfortable in stillness.
By the end of this course, you will gain understanding of the chakra system, the confidence to speak and share this with others, and a powerful daily practice to shift your life.
In Reiki Level 1, you'll learn—
the history of Reiki, an overview of all of the Reiki levels & the guiding principles of Reiki
an extensive chakra system overview and proven practices to clear your energetic field
a guide to craft your personal invocation and prayer to connect daily with the collective energy field
the hand placements for your self-Reiki practice
the Level 1 protocol to begin practicing Reiki with your friends and family
ongoing ways to maintain your balance and regulation in your nervous system to allow you to expand
access to resources overviewing the scientific validity of energy healing techniques
& you'll receive—
your Reiki Level 1 certification
one-month access to The Membershift, an online community of like-minded healing practitioners to learn & connect (LAUNCHING IN 2026!)
an extensive Reiki Level 1 Guidebook to use as reference as you continue on your journey
Level 1 is self-study with the courses becoming available to you on January 1st.
So what's the “new” part of this experience?There are two, very potent ways to receive your certification.
A 4-day experience, either live virtually or in-person at my studio here in Scottsdale, AZ.
I have made it my mission to make this an embodiment journey, these four days (in-person or virtual) will be highly immersive, full-day experiences. You will have prep work in the weeks prior to day 1 and we will still be in this energetic container for three weeks post-immersion.
